BUSINESS ANALYST (MID/SENIOR)

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be a highly important part of our team. You will work closely with the sales, management, and development teams to find the best possible solutions to our projects. We seek an individual with both expertise and enthusiasm to continuously acquire new knowledge and solve tomorrow's problems today.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Facilitate requirement sessions/workshops with business stakeholders to define business needs.

  • Analyse in details business and system requirements, and provide documentation.

  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories.

  • Be actively involved in the product life cycle as part of the dev team.

  • Work closely with the team, as well as independently.

What we expect 

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis

  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, both functional and non-functional ones.

  • Experience with industry-standard Business Analysis methods and tools

  • Strategic thinking skills, open-mindedness, and creativity

  • Good English, Lithuanian language skills

  • Tech skills will be considered as a bonus

  • Good teamwork skills

  • Interest in learning and growing know-how

  • Quality oriented thinking
